Shakshuka Chickpea Tacos

I have been making this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Current fixation meal!

1 Can of Chickpeas

1 Jar of Rao’s Arrabbiata Sauce

2-3 Eggs

Salt, Pepper, Cumin, and Red Pepper Flakes

Olive Oil

Roast the chickpeas with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin. Place on a baking sheet in the oven for around 20ish minutes at 350 degrees.

Pour 1/2 jar of Rao’s in a saucepan and heat. Add in chickpeas. Let cook for 5ish minutes.

Crack eggs in sauce and cover pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Place sauce mixture in mini tortillas and top with feta!
